الحسن بن فرقد الشيباني الحرستاوي (٢) والد محمد بن الحسن من أهل قرية حرستا من غوطة دمشق انتقل إلى العراق وسكن واسط وكان جنديا موسرا له ذكر أخبرنا أبو القاسم علي بن إبراهيم وأبو الحسن علي بن احمد قالا نا وأبو منصور بن خيرون أنا أبو بكر الخطيب أنا علي بن أبي علي المعدل أنا طلحة بن محمد بن جعفر اخبرني أبو عروبة في كتابه الي حدثني عمرو بن أبي عمرو قال قال محمد بن الحسن ترك أبي ثلاثين ألف درهم فانفقت خمسة عشر الفا على النحو والشعر وخمسة عشر الفا على الحديث والفقه" حرف القاف في آباء من اسمه الحسن " ١٤٢٠ -
