    أحمد بن مستور (٧) ولي إمرة دمشق من قبل الحسن بن أحمد القرمطي المعروف بالسيد (٨) يوم الثلاثاء لأربع وعشرين ليلة خلت من شهر رمضان من سنة إحدى وستين وثلاثمائة فأقام (٩) بها إلى رجب من سنة اثنتين وستين ثم اعتل علة طويلة ثم خرج في آخر رجبإلى جهة طبرية (١) واستخلف على دمشق رجلا من (٢) وجوه بني كلاب فأقام الكلابي إلى النصف من شهر رمضان سنة اثنتين وستين ومات أحمد بن مستور (٣) عند طبرية في رجب ٢٦٦ -
