يزيد بْن أبي مالك الهمداني أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّد بْن أَحْمَد بْن معدان قال: حَدَّثَنَا الهيثم بْن مروان قال: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مسهر عَن سعيد بْن عَبْد العزيز قال: ثم ولي يزيد بْن أبي مالك مكان نمير بْن أوس. وهكذا أَخْبَرَنِي ابْن أبي سعد عَن داود بْن رشيد عَن الوليد بْن مسلم. قال: ثم ولي يزيد بْن أبي مالك صاحب فقه أهل دمشق، وعنه أخذوا ترتيب الديات والشجاج. وله رواية كثيرة.
