الحَسَن الأَشْيَب (٠٠٠ - ٢٠٩ هـ = ٠٠٠ - ٨٢٤ م) الحسن بن موسى البغدادي، أبو علي الأشيب: قاض، من حفاظ الحديث. ولي قضاء الموصل، وقضاء طبرستان، وقضاء حمص. وكان كبير الشأن، حمدت سيرته في القضاء. مات بالريّ (٣) .
