    ٤٤٨ - الفضل (¬٤) بن غانم: ذكر في كتاب الكراهية عن أبي يوسف: كان أبو حنيفة، وابن أبي ليلى، وشيبان يمزحون مزاحا كثيرا.وقال صاحب «الفتاوى الصغرى»: وفي نوادر فضل بن غانم عن أبي يوسف: أنها لا تخرج إلى زيارة أبويها إذا كانا يقدران على إتيانها، وإن كانا لا يقدران على إتيانها أذن لهما في زيارتها في شهرين ونحوه مرة. وفي هذه النوادر في موضع آخر: تخرج لعيادة الأبوين أو أحدهما، ولا تخرج لغير ذلك. وفي كتاب الكراهية من «خلاصة الفتوى» قال فضل بن غانم: سألت أبا يوسف عن آكل الربا، وأنا أعلم يدعوني إلى طعامه، قال: أجب. وقال فضل بن غانم: سألت أبا يوسف عن النفخ في الطعام، هل يكره، قال: يكره الإمالة.
