    ٤٨٢ - صَدَقَة بنُ الفَضْل * (خ) الحافظُ الكبير، أبو الفضل المَروزي، شيخ مرو. روى عن: أبي حمزة السُّكَّري، وابن عُيينة، وابن وهب، وحفص بن غياث، والطّبقة. وعنه: البخاري، والدّارمي، وأبو الموجَّه محمدُ بنُ عمرو بن الموجَّه، وأهل خُراسان، وآخر أصحابه وفاةً محمدُ بنُ نصر المروزي الإمام. قال عبّاس النَّرْسي: كنا نقول: صَدقةُ بن الفضل بخراسان، وأحمد بن حنبل بالعراق (١) توفي سنةَ ستٍّ وعشرين ومئتين، وقيل: سنة ثلاث. ﵀.
