    ٢٦٦ - حُميد بن عطاء الأعرج (٣) من أهل الكوفة، يروي عن عبد الله بن الحارث، عن ابن مسعود بنسخة كأنها موضوعة، لا يحتج بخبره إذا انفرد، وليس هذا بصاحبالزهري، ذاك حميد بن قيس الأعرج. وروى هذا عن عبد الله بن الحارث، عن عبد الله بن مسعود، عن رسول الله ﷺ قال: "يَوْمَ كَلَّمَ الله مُوسَى كَانَ عَلَيهِ جُبَّةُ صُوفٍ وَسَرَاوِيلُ صُوفٍ وَكَمُّهُ صُوفٌ، ونَعْلَاهُ مِنْ جِلْدِ حِمَارٍ غَيْرِ ذَكِيٍّ" (١). حدثناه محمد بن إسحاق الثقفي، قال: حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد، قال: حدثنا خلف بن خليفة، عن حميد الأعرج، عن عبد الله بن الحارث.

    ٦٦- حميد بْن عَطاء الْأَعْرَج قَالَ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ: وَلَيْسَ هَذَا بِصَاحِب الزُّهْرِيّ، ذَاك حميد بْن قيس الْأَعْرَج. يَقُول إِبْرَاهِيم بْن أَحْمد: وَحميد بْن قيس الْأَعْرَج قَارِئ أهل مَكَّة، مولى لقريش، توفّي زمن مَرْوَان بْن مُحَمَّد. قَالَ أَحْمد بْن حَنْبَل: لَيْسَ هُوَ بقوى فِي الحَدِيث، وقَالَ يَحْيَى بْن معِين: ثِقَة. رَوَى مَالِكٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ،عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: «الدِّينَارُ بِالدِّينَارِ، وَالدِّرْهَمُ بِالدِّرْهَمِ، عَهِدَ نَبِيِّنَا، وَعَهِدْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ»
