إسماعيل بْن إسحاق بعد البرني في سنة ثمان وخمسين ومائتين. جمع له الجانب الغربي. ثم توفي إسماعيل بْن إسحاق في سنة اثنتين وثمانين ومائتين. ثم ولي: أَبُو خازم عَبْد الحميد بْن عَبْد العزيز بْن عَبْد الحميد بْن خازم في سنة ثلاث وثمانين ومائتين. وهو ينتمي إِلَى كندة من الفقهاء بمذهب أهل العراق بصرى. ولي قبل ذاك قضاء دمشق وفلسطين، فولي قضاء الكوفة وقد تقدم ذكره في قضاة الكوفة. ثم توفي أَبُو خازم في سنة اثنتين وتسعين ومائتين. ونقل:
