أحمد بن حزم (٢٨٤ - ٣٥٠ هـ) (٨٩٧ - ٩٦١ م) احمد بن سعيد بن حزم بن يونس الصّدفي الاندلسي (ابو عمر) محدث، مؤرخ. ولد لخمس خلون من ربيع الآخر، وسمع بالاندلس جماعة، وارتحل سنة ٣١١ هـ فسمع بمصر، وبمكة، وبالقيروان، ورجع الى الاندلس، ولم يزل يحدث الى ان مات لسبع بقين من جمادى الآخرة بقرطبة. من مؤلفاته: التاريخ الكبير في اسماء الرجال في عدة مجلدات.
