محمد بن يحيى بن خالد، أبو يحيى المروزي المعروف بالشعراني. قدم بغداد وحدث بها عن إسحاق بن راهويه، ومحمد بن رافع النيسابوري، وأبي جعفر أحمد بن الحسن الكندي. روى عنه ابن مخلد أيضا، وأحمد بن كامل، وعبد الباقي بن قانع. أخبرنا الحسن بن أبي بكر، قال: أخبرنا عبد الباقي بن قانع القاضي،قال: حدثنا أبو يحيى محمد بن يحيى بن خالد المروزي الشعراني، قال: حدثنا محمد بن رافع، قال: حدثنا مصعب بن المقدام، قال: حدثنا داود الطائي، عن الأعمش، عن أبي صالح، عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي ﷺ قال: لكل نبي دعوة مستجابة، وإني اختبأت دعوتي شفاعة لأمتي. ١٨٢٧ -
