علي بن عيسى الكوفي. نزل بغداد، وحدث بها عن خلاد بن عيسى العبدي. رَوَى عنه يعقوب بن إسحاق البيهسي المؤدب، وكان علي بن عيسى كاتب عكرمة بن طارق السرخسي لما تقلد القضاء ببغداد. أخبرني علي بن أحمد الرزاز، قال: حدثني عثمان بن أحمد الدقاق، قال: أخبرنا أبو الحسن يعقوب بن إسحاق بن إبراهيم المخرمي، قال: حدثنا علي بن عيسى الكوفي كاتب عكرمة القاضي، قال: حدثنا خلاد بن عيسى العبدي، عن ثابت، عن أنس، قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: الاقتصاد نصف العيش، وحسن الخلق نصف الدين. ٦٣٢٤ -
