٢١٦٥ - محمد بن عميرة (¬١٦٦) الإمام الحافظ البارع أبو عبد الله الجرجاني نزيل هراة. حدث عن: إسحاق الأزرق ويزيد بن هارون وعبد الرزاق وطبقتهم. وكان كبير الشأن واسع الرحلة. روى عنه: محمد بن عبد الرحمن السامي ومحمد بن شاذان وأبو يحيى البزاز وآخرون. بلغنا أنه كان يحفظ سبعين ألف حديث.
