سليمان بن أبي زينب، أبو الربيع السبئي، مولاهم، المصري الزاهد. روى عنه: حيوة بن شريح، وسعيد بن أبي أيوب، والليث بن سعد. قال ابن لهيعة: كان فاضلاً، وكان قومه سبأ إذا نزل لهم معضلة فزعوا إليه فيها لفضله فيهم. قال ابن يونس: توفي سنة أربع وثلاثين ومائة. قلت: ولم يسم أحداً من شيوخه. ١١١ -
