عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْن أَبِي غَسَّانَ قَالَ أَبُو الْعَرَبِ بْنُ تَمِيمٍ: وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي غَسَّانَ، سَمِعَ مِنْ مَالِكٍ، وَرَوَى عَنْهُ حَدِيثًا قَلَّ مَنْ رَوَاهُ غَيْرُهُ. حَدَّثَنِي بِهِ فُرَاتُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي غَسَّانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ، ﷺ: «طُولُ مَقَامِ أُمَّتِي فِي قُبُورِهِمْ، تَمْحِيصٌ لِذُنُوبِهِمْ» . قَالَ أَبُو الْعَرَبِ: وَكَانَ ثِقَةً وَمِنْ هَذِهِ الطَّبَقَةِ
