محرز بن عون، أبو الفضل البغدادي، أخو الزاهد عبد الله بن عون الخزاز. روى عن مالك بن أنس، وشريك القاضي، وخلف بن خليفة، وعلي بن مسهر، وجماعة. وعنه مسلم، والإمام أحمد، وابنه عبد الله بن أحمد، وأبو يعلى الموصلي، وأبو القاسم البغوي، وآخرون. قال ابن معين (¬٢): ليس به بأس. وقال غيره: توفي في رجب سنة إحدى وثلاثين، ومولده كان في سنة خمس وأربعين ومائة (¬٣). ٤٣٢ -
