    ### $ 8 خ البخاري حماد بن حميد الخراساني عن عبيد الله بن معاذ بحديث في ~~الاعتصام رواه عنه البخاري ولم يعرف إلا في هذا الحديث ووجد بعض النسخ ~~العتيقة من الجامع قال أبو عبد الله حماد بن حميد صاحب لنا حدثنا هذا ~~الحديث وكان عبيد الله في الأحياء حينئذ قلت وقال بن مندة هو من أهل خراسان ~~وقال بن عدي لا يعرف وذكر بن أبي حاتم حماد بن حميد نزيل عسقلان روى عن أبي ~~ضمرة وبشر بن بكر وأيوب بن سويد سمع منه أبو حاتم وقال شيخ قال أبو الوليد ~~الباجي في رجال البخاري يشبه عندي أن يكون هو هذا قلت وهو كلام فارغ لما ~~سلف من قول البخاري وابن منده وابن عدي وهم أعرف به
