يونس بن راشد قاضى حران روى عن خصيف وعلى بن بذيمة وعون بن محمد ابن الحنفية روى عنه عثمان بن عبد الرحمن الحرانى وعبد الله ابن محمد بن علي بن نفيل سمعت أبي يقول ذلك. نا عبد الرحمن قال سئل أبي عن يونس بن راشد فقال: كان اثبت من عتاب بن بشير فقلت ما تقول فيه؟ فقال: يكتب حديثه. نا عبد الرحمن قال سألت أبا زرعة عن يونس بن راشد فقال لا بأس به.
