٢٩ - إبراهيم بن الحارث بن خالد التيمي: والد محمد، قال البخاري: هاجر مع أبيه، وروى ابن منده بسنده: أنه من المهاجرين، وأن رسول الله ﷺ بعثه في سرية، وقال ابن عبد البر في ترجمة أبيه: إنه قد ولد بالحبشة أولادا منهم: إبراهيم، وماتوا هناك، وقال غيره: بل خرج بهم أبوهم يريد المدينة، فشربوا من ماء فماتوا، ووجود ولده محمد بعد هذا يرد عليهما، والله أعلم.
