    عائشة بنت مسعود بن الأسود العدوية، ويعرف أبوها بابن العجماء. روت عن: أبيها. وعنها: ابنها، ويقال: ابن أختها محمد بن طلحة بن يزيد بن ركانة، وإبراهيم بن أبي الصقر. قلت: استشهد أبوها بمؤتة كما تقدم، فإن كانت سمعت منه فهي صحابية؛ لأنها تكون قد أدركت من حياة النبي ﵌ بضع سنين، وإن كانت أرسلت عنه فتكون لها رؤية كغيرها، ولم أر لها ذكرا عند من صنف في الصحابة، وقد ألحقتها في كتابي.
