داود بن راشد الطفاوي، أبو بحر الكرماني، ثم البصري الصائغ. روى عن: صهر له يقال له: مسلم بن مسلم، وعنأبي مسلم البجلي. وعنه: معتمر بن سليمان، وجرير بن عبد الحميد، وعبد الله بن يزيد المقرئ، وعمرو بن مرزوق. قال ابن معين: داود الطفاوي الذي يروي عنه المقرئ حديث القرآن ليس بشيء. وذكره ابن حبان في الثقات. له عند أبي داود والنسائي حديث واحد في القول عقب الصلاة: اللهم أنت ربنا ورب كل شيء الحديث. قلت: قال العقيلي: حديثه باطل لا أصل له - يعني الحديث الذي ذكره ابن معين - ثم ساقه بطوله من رواية داود المذكور عن مسلم بن أبي مسلم، عن مورق العجلي، عن عبيد بن عمير، عن عبادة بن الصامت. • خ م د س ق -
