(٨٢٦) مطهر بن جويرية السدوسي، أصله من خراسان، وسكن البصرة: روى عن أبي مجلز، ورأى عبد الله بن بريدة يقضي في المسجد. روى عنه الصلت بن مسعود، ومحمد بن عبد الله الرقاشي، وزيد بن الحباب، وآخرين. قال أبو عبيد الآخري: "سألت أبا داود عن مطهر بن جويرية السدوسي؟ فقال: ليس يه بأس"، وذكره ابن حِبَّان في "الثقات" (٢).
