[٣٣٦١] فاطمةُ بنتُ الأسودِ بن عبدِ الأَسدِ المَخْزُومِيَّةُ (¬٢)، هيالتي قطَع رسولُ اللهِ ﷺ يدَها؛ لأنَّها سَرَقَتْ حَلْيًا، وتكَلَّمتْ قريشٌ فيها إلى أسامةَ بن زيدٍ ليشفعَ فيها عندَ رسولِ اللهِ ﷺ، وهو غلامٌ، فشفَع فيها أسامةُ، فقال له رسولُ اللهِ ﷺ: "يا أسامةُ، لا تَشفَعْ في حَدٍّ، فإنَّه إذا انتهىَ إليَّ لم يَكُنْ فيه مَتْرَكٌ، ولو أنَّ فاطمةَ بنتَ محمدٍ سَرَقتْ لقَطَعتُ يدَها" (¬١)، روَى حديثَها وسَمَّاها حبيبُ بنُ أبي ثابتٍ (¬٢).
