٨٤٣١ - كد: نفيع مكاتب أم سلمة. روى عن: عثمان بن عفان، وزيد بن ثابت. وعنه: سعيد بن المسيب، وأبو سلمة بن عبد الرحمن. ذكره ابن حبان (¬٤) في الثقات. روى له أبو داود في حديث مالك أثرًا موقوفًا عن سعيد بن المسيب: أن نفيعًا مكاتب أم سلمة طلق امرأته حرة تطليقتين فاستفتى عثمان فقال: حرمت عليك. قلت: فعلى هذا لا رواية لنفيع هذا عند أبي داود وإنما راوي القصة سعيد بن المسيمب، والحاكم فيها إنما هو عثمان، وقد صح سماع سعيد بن المسيب من عثمان فلا معنى لذكر نفيع هذا في هذا الكتاب. من اسمه: نقادة ونقيب
