[٦٨٦١] مسافع بن عبد الله بن طلحة بن أبي طلحة بن عبد العُزى بن عثمان بن عبد الدار. روى عن: عبد الله بن عَمرو، وجماعة من الصحابة. روى عنه: أهل الحجاز. أمه سلمى بن قطن بن بكر بن وائل، قتل يوم الجمل، وهو الذي روى عنه رجاء بن صبيح الجُرشي انتهى. وهذا وافق الذي قبله في روايته عن عبد الله بن عمرو ووافقه في بعض الآخذين عنه، وهو رجاء بن صَبيح الجرشي، هو أبو يحيى رجاء، والذي يظهر أنه غيره، ومما يدل لذلك قول "الكمال" في ترجمة الأول مسافع بن عبد الله الأكبر ابن شيبة وأيضًا مخالفة النسب والله أعلم.
