٤٢٥ - عَيَّاش بن مؤنس قال (٤): لم أجد مَن ترجمه. قلت: ترجم له البخاري في "الكبير" (٥)، وابن أبي حاتم في "الجرح والتعديل" (٦)، ولم يذكرا فيه جرحاً ولا تعديلاً. وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (٧)، ولكن وقع عنده: عَيَّاش بن يونس؛ مُصَحَّفاً. وقد أشار إلى هذا التَّصحيف العلَّامة اليماني في تعليقه على "التاريخ الكبير" (٨). وقد تناولت كتب المشتبه هذا الاسم وضبطه، ومنها: "مؤتلف" الدارقطني (٩)، و"إكمال" ابن ماكولا (١٠)، و"تهذيب مستمر الأوهام" (١١) له، و"توضيح المشتبه" (١٢).
