٤٧٤٨- عبد اللَّه بن سنان: بن نبيشة المزني «٥» ، والد علقمة. وقيل عبد اللَّه بن عمرو بن سنان. قال خليفة: له صحبة. وسيأتي نسبته إلى مزينة، قال: وله دار بالبصرة، ومات في خلافة معاوية، قال: وهو غير عبد اللَّه والد بكر، وكذا قال الآجري عن أبي داود، وليس علقمة وبكر أخوين، وخالفه البخاري، فقال: هما أخوان، وتبعه ابن حبّان. ويؤيد قول أبي داود أنّ والد بكر قيل فيه عبد اللَّه بن عمرو بن هلال، وفي أبي داود والتّرمذي من رواية علقمة بن عبد اللَّه [بن سنان] «٦» حديثان. وأخرج له أبو نعيم في المعرفة ثالثا.
