١١٧١٩- ليلى بنت سماك بن ثابت بن سفيان بن عديّ بن عمرو بن امرئ القيس ابن مالك الأغر. ذكر ابن سعد عن الواقديّ أنه قال: أسلمت وبايعت، قال: ولم يذكرها غيره. قلت: ستأتي في ترجمة أم ثابت بنت قيس بن شماس أخت قيس- أنها ولدت من ثابت بن سفيان ولده سماكا، فعلى هذا تكون ليلى وأبوها سماك وأمّه وأم ثابت ثلاثة من الصّحابة في نسق.
