[٢٠١٥] العبَّاسُ بنُ عُبادةَ بن نَضْلةَ بن مالك بن العَجْلانِ بن زِيدِ بن غَنْمِ (¬٥) بن [سالمِ بن عوفِ] (¬٦) بن عمرِو بن عوفِ بن الخزرج (¬٧)،شهد بيعةَ العقبةِ الثانية، قال ابن إسحاق (¬١): كان ممن خرج إلى رسولِ اللهِ ﷺ وهو بمكةَ، وشهد مَعَهُ (¬٢) العَقَبتَيْنِ، وقيل: بل كان في النَّفَرِ السِّتَّةِ من الأنصار الذين لَقُوا رسولَ الله ﷺ بمكة، فأسلَموا قبلَ سائر الأنصار، وأقام مع رسولِ الله ﷺ بها (¬٣) حتى هاجَر إلى المدينة، فكان يُقالُ له: مُهاجِريٌّ أنصارِيٌّ. قُتِل يومَ أُحُدٍ شهيدًا، ولم يَشْهَدْ بدرًا، آخَى رسولُ اللهِ ﷺ (¬٤) بينَه وبينَ عثمانَ بن مظعونٍ.
