عمر بن الحكم بن رافع بن سنان الأنصاري، أبو حفص المدني، عم والد عبد الحميد بن جعفر، ويقال: إنه من ولد الفطيون حلفاء الأوس. قال أبو حاتم: ليس هو عمر بن الحكم بن ثوبان. وكلام ابن معين يدل على أنهما واحد. روى عن: كعب بن مالك، وأبي هريرة، وأبي اليسر السلمي، وعبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص، وأم حبيبة، وجابر بن عبد الله. روى عنه: ابن أخيه جعفر بن عبد الله بن الحكم، وابنه عبد الحميد بن جعفر، وعمران بن أبي أنس، وسعيد بن أبي هلال، ودراج أبو السمح. قال أبو زرعة: ثقة. وذكره ابن حبان في الثقات. • س -

٣٢٣٧ - عمر بن الحكم بن رافع بن سنان: أبو حفص الأنصاري، عداده في أهل المدينة، يروي عن أبي اليسر (كعب بن عمرو) وأبي هريرة وابن عمرو وجابر، وعنه سعيد بن أبي هلال وعمران بن أبي أنس، وحفيد أخيه عبد الحميد بن جعفر بن عبد الله بن الحكم وغيرهم، وثقه أبو زرعة وابن حبان، وقال أبو حاتم: ليس هو (يعني الذي قبله)، وكلام ابن معين كما قلنا يدل على أنهما واحد، وذكر في التهذيب.
