٦٥١٨ - أبو معقل الأسدي (¬١) بن نهيك بن أساف بن عدي بن زيد بن جشم ابن حارثة (¬٢). (بر نع مو). وابنه (هو) (¬٣) عبد الله بن أبي معقل، شهدا معا أحدا. أظنه الذي روى عنه أبو بكر بن عبد الرحمن، والله أعلم. فإن كان الذي ظن أبو عمر فقد روى له (س). قلت: واستدركه أبو موسى على ابن منده واهما في ذلك. وأخرج له الحديث الذي أخرجه ابن منده، وهو (أن) (¬٤) أبا معقل جاء إلى رسول الله ﷺ فقال: إن أم معقل جعلت عليها حجة معك، الحديث (¬٥). وقال ابن حيوية: اسمه هيثم، والله أعلم.
