    ٥٩٢٠ - يمان بن جابر أبو حذيفة (¬١) . (بغ ند نع) . ويقال: إن اسمه حِسل، وقيل: حُسَيل. تقدم نسبه في ترجمة ابنه. أبو نعيم (¬٢) : نا أبو عمرو بن حمدان نا الحسن بن سفيان نا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة نا أبو أسامة عن الوليد بن جُميع نا أبو الطفيل نا حذيفة قال: ما منعني أن أشهد بدرا إلا أني خرجت أنا وأبي الحُسَيْل فأخذنا كفار قريش فقالوا: إنكم تريدون محمدا، فقلنا: ما نريده، وما نريد إلا المدينة، فأخذوا علينا عهد الله وميثاقه لننصرفن إلى المدينة ولا نقاتلن معه، فأتينا النبي ﷺ فأخبرناه فقال: انصرفا نَفِي لهم بعهدهم ونستعين الله عليهم (¬٣) .
