٥٦٨٧ - هشام بن العاص بن وائل بن هاشم بن سُعيد بن سعد بن سهم القرشي السهمي (¬١). (بغ ط بر ند نع خ). أخو عمرو بن العاص، كان قديم الإسلام، أسلم بمكة وهاجر إلى الحبشة ثم قدم مكة حين بلغه مهاجر النبي ﷺ[٤٩٦] إلى المدينة، فحبسه أبوه وقومه بمكة حتى قدم بعد الخندق المدينة على النبي ﷺ، وكان أصغر من أخيه (¬٢) عمرو، وكان فاضلا خيرا، وقتل بأجنادين في خلافة أبي بكر، وقيل: يوم اليرموك.
