(فت). روى حسين بن حماد بن خداش بن دينار بن سليم بن أسلم بن نجيح مولى شعبة بن عبيد بن أرطأة قال: حدثني أبي حماد عن جده دينار عن جده أسلم عن أبيه نجيح (¬١) أنه لما وفد على رسول الله ﷺ بصدقة مولاه شعبة كتب له رسول الله ﷺ إلى شعبة: إني قد قبضت صدقتك فأولى في الغلام عارفة فإنه ليس بأهل أن يستعبد إنما هو أخ، قال: فأعتقه شعبة على المكان (¬٢). ترجم به العثماني وخرجه.
