٥٢٣١ - مثعب السلمي (¬٧)، ويقال: المحاربي (¬٨). (ط بر بغ مو) (¬٩).روى عن النبي ﷺ في الصوم والفطر في السفر مثل حديث حميد عن أنس. كان اسمه حمزة فقال له رسول الله ﷺ: ما أنت إلا مثعب، قال: فإن كان من أحب أسمائي إلي. روى عنه أشعث بن أبي الشعثاء.
