٤٧٢٢ - كناز (¬٢) بن حصن، وقيل: ابن حُصين أبو مرثد الغنوي (¬٣). (خ ط ند بر بغ نع). قال ابن إسحاق (¬٤): كناز بن حصن بن يربوع بن عمرو بن يربوع بن خرشة ابن سعد بن طريف بن جلان (¬٥) بن غنم بن غني بن يعصر بن سعد بن قيس (بن) (¬٦) عيلان (¬٧) بن مضر. شهد بدرا هو وابنه مرثد بن أبي مرثد، وهما حليفا حمزة بن عبد المطلب، من كبار الصحابة، روى عنه واثلة بن الأسقع، توفي في خلافة أبي بكر سنة اثنتي عشرة وهو ابن ست وستين سنة، يأتي ذكره في الكنى إن شاء الله تعالى.
