    ٢١٢٦ - سعيد بن أحمد بن معاوية (¬١). (فت). وفد مع أبيه على النبي ﷺ وهو وافد تميم، فكتب لهم علي بن أبي طالب عن النبي ﷺ في أديم عكاظي. حديثه عند بعض ولده، خرجه البغوي، وقد تقدم ذكر أبيه ونسبه فيه. قلت: صحف ابن فتحون ﵀ هذا الاسم، ووهم فيه وهما بشيعا، وإنما هو شِعْبَل بن أحمر بالشين المعجمة المكسورة، وبعد العين المهملة باء مفتوحة (¬٢) موحدة وءاخره لام، كذلك ذكره الحافظان أبو عبد الله بن منده وأبو نعيم الأصبهانيين في كتابيهما (¬٣) وترجم له () (¬٤).
