١٣٥١ - حَبَّان (بالحاء المهملة والباء الموحدة المفتوحتين) هو ابن منقذ (¬٢) بن عمرو بن مالك (¬٣) الأنصاري المازني من بني مازن بن النجار (¬٤). (ط بر ند نع كو). له صحبة، شهد أحدا وما بعدها، تزوج أروى الصغرى بنت ربيعة بن الحارث بن عبد المطلب، فولدت له يحيى بن حبان وأخاه واسع بن حبان وهو جد محمد بن يحيى بن حبان شيخ مالك. ومات حبَّان في خلافة عثمان، وله ولأبيه منقذ صحبة رحمهما الله.
