٢٩٧ - أوس بن حذيفة بن ربيعة بن أبي سلمة بن غزة (¬٥) بن عوف (¬٦). (ط ند نع بر د س ق كن).وهو أوس بن أبي أوس. قاله البخاري (¬١). وقال خليفة بن خياط (¬٢): اسم أبي أوس حذيفة. (بر (¬٣)): هو جد عثمان بن عبد الله بن أوس، ولأوس بن حذيفة أحاديث منها في المسح على الخفين (¬٤)، في إسناده ضعف. وحديثه: إنه كان في الوفد الذين قدموا على رسول الله ﷺ من بني مالك فأنزلهم في قبة بين المسجد وأهله، فكان يختلف إليهم، الحديث. قال يحيى بن معين: إسناد هذا الحديث صالح، وحديثه في تحزيب القرآن ليس بالقائم (¬٥).
