    ٢٨٦ - أوس بن ثابت بن المنذر بن حرام (¬١). (ط ند نع). من بني عمرو بن مالك. هو أبو شداد وأخو حسان، شهد بدرا والعقبة وقتل يوم أحد. قاله موسى بن عقبة وابن إسحاق. وفيه (¬٢) وفي امرأته نزلت: ﴿لِلرِّجَالِ نَصِيبٌ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ﴾ النساء: ٧. وقال الواقدي: شهد بدرا وأحدا والخندق والمشاهد كلها مع رسول الله ﷺ. وتوفي في خلافة عثمان. وقال عبد الله بن محمد بن عمارة الأنصاري: قتل يوم أحد. والقول (¬٣) عندي قول عبد الله بن محمد. قال: ولابنه شداد بن أوس صحبة.
