١٠٩ - الأجلح بن عبد الله بن حُجة الكندي (١) من أهل الكوفة، كنيته أبو حجية، وقد قيل: إن اسمه يحيى والأجلح لقب، يروي عن الشعبي وأبي الزبير، روى عنه أهل الكوفة، كان لا يدري ما يقول، يجعل أبا سفيان أبا الزبير، ويقلب الأسامي هكذا، مات سنة خمس وأربعين ومئة. حدثنا الهمداني، قال: حدثنا عمرو بن علي، قال: سمعت يحيى بن سعيد، يقول: ما كان الأجلح يفصل بين علي بن الحسين وبين الحسين بن علي، سمعته يقول: حدثنا حبيب بن أبي ثابت، قال: كنا عند الحسين بن علي، قال: لا طلاق إلا بعد نكاح.
