ثم دخلت سنة ست وخمسين ذكر ما كان فيها من الأحداث ففيها كان مشتَى جُنادة بن أبي أميّة بأرض الرّوم؛ وقيل: عبد الرحمن بن مسعود.وقيل غزا فيها في البحر يزيد بن شَجَرة الرّهاويّ، وفي البرّ عِياض بن الحارث (١). (٥: ٣٠١). وحجّ بالناس -فيما حدّثني أحمد بن ثابت عمن حدّثه، عن إسحاق بن عيسى، عن أبي معشر- الوليد بن عُتبة بن أبي سُفْيان. وفمِها اعتَمَر معاوية في رجب (٢). (٥: ٣٠١).
