٣٥٣٨ - ابن لبابة القرطبيّ [- ٣٣٠] محمد بن يحيى بن عمر بن لبابة، أبو عبد الله، القرطبيّ. سمع من عمّه محمد بن عمر وغيره، ورحل. وسمع بالقيروان. وكان حافظا للفقه على مذهب مالك، عالما بعقد الشروط، بصيرا بعللها. واستقضاه الإمام (٣) الناصر على إلبيرة، ثمّ صرفه. وولّاه في آخر عمره الوثائق. وله من الكتب في الفقه غير مصنّف (٤). وكان يعادي علم الحديث وينحرف عنه ويعيب أهله. ولم يكن بالمرضيّ في نفسه. حدّث. ومات يوم الأحد سادس ذي القعدة سنة ثلاثين وثلاثمائة. قدم مصر حاجّا.
