٣٢٦٧ - ابن بهرام قاضي حلب [٦٢٥ - ٧٠٥] (١) [١٠٤ أ] محمد بن محمد بن بهرام، شمس الدين، أبو عبد الله، الدمشقيّ، الشافعيّ. صحب الشيخ عزّ الدين عبد العزيز بن عبد السلام وتفقّه عليه، وكان من أماثل أصحابه، أخذ عنه الناس. وتولّى العقود بالقاهرة، ثم ولي الفروض. وولي قضاء القضاة بحلب، وولي خطابة المدينة النبويّة.
