    ٣١٣٩ - ابن الشهوري [- ٤٧٠] محمد بن محمد بن عبد الملك، أبو عبد الله، المعروف بابن الشهوري، بغدادي، سافر الكثير للتجارة. ودخل ديار مصر، ووصل إلى المغرب، وأقام مدّة كبيرة بتلك الديار وعاد إلى بغداد. وقال أبو سعد ابن السمعانيّ: كان شيخا سيّئ المعتقد، يرمى بالزندقة، ويمتنع من رواية الحديث ويذمّ أهل هذا الشأن. توفّي يوم الاثنين سادس عشر ربيع الآخر سنة سبعين وأربعمائة.
