٢٨٢٣ - ابن ورّاز النفطيّ [٥٣٦ - ٦٠٨] (٤) محمد بن علي بن محمد بن ورّاز، أبو عبد الله، النفطيّ، المالكيّ. ولد بنفطة من قرى توزر عام ستّة وثلاثين وخمسمائة. وقدم مصر حاجّا. وكان صالحا، لهسمت حسن، يعرف العربيّة، وانتفع بجدّه الشيخ الصالح أبي الحسن محمد الغسّاني النفطيّ، وتخرّج به. ومات بعد عوده إلى بلاده سنة ثمان وستّمائة.
