٢٦١٨ - أبو الفضل ابن الأزرق [٥٣٦ - ٥٩٢] (١) [٧٤ أ] محمد بن عبد الوارث بن هبة الله بن عبد الله بن الحسين بن محمد، أبو الفضل وأبو الفخر، ابن أبي الطاهر، ابن أبي الفضائل، المعروف بابن الأزرق، الأنصاريّ، الأوسيّ، الشافعيّ. كان جدّه أبو الفضائل هبة الله قاضي القضاة بمصر. وولد سنة ستّ وثلاثين وخمسمائة تخمينا. وتوفّي في جمادى الأولى سنة اثنتين وتسعين وخمسمائة. وله ابن يقال له أبو الحسن عبد الله بن محمد بن عبد الوارث كتب عنه.
