    ٢٦١٢ - خطيب جامع المقياس [٦٣٢ - ] [٧٠ أ] محمد بن عبد الهادي بن عبد الكريم بن عليّ بن عيسى بن تميم، أبو عبد الله، جمال الدين، ابن معين الدين أبي محمد، ابن أبي الفتح، القيسيّ، المصريّ، خطيب جامع المقياس. ولد لسبع بقين من ذي الحجّة سنة اثنتين وثلاثين وستّمائة. وكان والده من القرّاء. وسمع هو من أبي الحسن ابن الجمّيزى، وحدّث وكان خطيبا جليلا.
