٢٤٣٢ - أبو العبّاس ابن الأفقم [- ٣٤٠] [١٨ ب] محمّد بن عبد الرحمن بن عيسى بن موسى بن الحكم بن الحكم بن حمّاد بن هلال بن عبد الله، أبو العبّاس، الأزديّ، العطّار، شرف الدين، عرف بابن الأفقم- وهو لقب موسى بن الحكم. حدّث أبو العبّاس هذا بعسكر مصر عن بكر بن سهل وغيره. روى عنه أبو الحسين محمّد بن أحمد بن جميع الصيداوي، وأبو محمد عبد الرحمن بن عمر بن محمد البزّاز، المعروف بابن النحّاس المصري. توفّي في جمادى الأولى سنة أربعين وثلاثمائة.
