٢٣٧٦ - ابن الشيخيّ الحلبيّ [٦٢٧ - ٦٩٣] محمّد بن طاهر بن عبد الوهاب بن فضل الله بن يوسف بن محمّد بن ربيع بن شيخيان، أبو عبد الله، المروزيّ الأصل- المعروف بابن الشيخيّ، الحلبيّ، من أولاد الصوفيّة. ولد بحلب في جمادى الآخرة سنة سبع وعشرين وستّمائة. وسمع الحديث من يوسف بن خليل الدمشقيّ وغيره. وحدّث بالقاهرة. وبهامات ليلة الاثنين خامس ذي القعدة سنة ثلاث وتسعين وستّمائة.
