٢٣٣٠ - محمّد بن سلامة الحرّانيّ العطّار [٥٥١ - ٦٣٤] (١) محمّد بن سلامة بن عبد الله بن عليّ بن صدقة، أبو محمّد، ابن أبي الخير، الحرّانيّ، التاجر، العطّار، العدل بحرّان، [الحنبليّ]. كان خيّرا صاحب ثراء. سمع منه الزكيّ عبد العظيم بحرّان، وذكر أنّه قدم مصر والإسكندريّة. مولده سنة إحدى وخمسين تقديرا. ووفاته ليلة نصف ذي القعدة سنة أربع وثلاثين وستّمائة.
